My holiday adventure

The holidays

I woke up realizing that everyone else was already awake except for my mum, I slept in. Then I crept down the hallway of my house and saw that Dad and my sister Amelia weren’t ready for our BIG day of e.

Quickly we got ready, mum woke up and got ready for work then said goodbye when we left for our TRAMPING TRIP! It took a long time to get at the car park in fact we even got lost because the street sign got knocked over! Eventually we got to the car park, we had a snack then headed down the miners track. We had lots of stops and breaks when, it was just a corner, a steep downhill and then you're at the hut but my dad said that the hut was still miles away. Suddenly two people told us that it was a downhill then your there so we got to the hut at three. We were accompanied by Jack, John and Tom who had been there before, John was the father, Tom was eight and Jack was nine. It was a great day and I fell asleep really quickly in the morning John, Jack and tom left before us then we left the hut and went back home.

The athletes train six days a week and have one rest day. The athletes eat healthy, drink healthy and get lots of nutrition to keep them strong. Do lots of different types of training and the athletes always need to have a schedule so the athletes know where and when someone needs them and were. Keep track on time, make sure you have lots of fun, remember to concentrate, work hard, and seced.

They have sensors in their shoes that directly communicates to your phone and tells you how you can become a better athlete and train in different ways. This technology use to be for good and elite athletes but now every athlete can have it.
